After 5 years in the FMCG and Broadcast Media fields, for Swiss offbeat brands Parisienne (junior level) and Couleur3 (senior level), I decided to devote myself to digital communications, with a strong social media twist. I defined leading youth radio station Couleur3 social media strategy and advised the Montreux Jazz Festival regarding its social, new media and content strategy. At Radio Télévision Suisse – Switzerland’s public service radio and TV broadcaster – I helped define the framework and managed change regarding social media integration at all levels. I was also in charge of creating and managing the digital corporate communications department and relaunched the institution’s corporate website. As Social Media Manager at Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) – 40th best university according to the Times Higher Education University World Ranking – I acted as internal consultant regarding social media integration at all levels. As Head of Digital Communications at Presence Switzerland (FDFA), Switzerland’s public diplomacy and image promotion abroad unit, I have been in charge of the digital communications strategy. My team brought digital and social to evenemential activities at major international events (Olympic Games, Universal Expositions, Soccer World Cups…), supported and coached a network of ambassadors, embassies and consulates and launched information platforms about official Switzerland.
